When you come to DMR Hospital for the first time your details are taken and registration is done on the Hospital Software. You are given a unique ID which remains the same for the rest of your life. All the services that you avail at the hospital are linked to this ID and can be retrieved easily by quoting the ID. If you have come for consulting a doctor then you have to go to the OPD Counter for the specialty consultation and the concerned floor for the superspecialty consultation. qualifications and the seniority of the consultant. The mobile number that you give is used to send a message whenever you book an appointment while the email id is used to send the lab or other reports when you cannot collect the reports personally.

CONSULTATION SERVICES

The hospital offers doctor consultation services specialties and superspecialties. Post consultation if any diagnostiic tests are prescribed then you can get these tests done in the block right next to the OPD Block on the Ground Floor. For pathology tests you can give the sample or specimen at the collection room in the OPD Block itself. The pharmacy shop is also on the ground floor and you can purchase the medications from the pharmacy as prescribed by the doctor. The reports for tests are available depending on the time taken for the test to be completed. The reports for radiological tests are normally made available within 3 days while pathology tests will have different time schedule for each test. The consultation fee paid once is valid for one subsequent consultation within 7 days from the date of first consultation including the day of the first consult.
